Flamewing is a big, bold, and massive sized cat. His fur is short, ruffled , and shagged. His pelt is dark orange mixed with brown and tabby stripes. His eyes are round and deep green.
Personality:
Flamewing is incredibly deceptive and manipulative. Coming off as a charismatic tom, he often gets what he wants when he wants it. He also feels entitled to what he wants when he wants it. He's almost extremely selfish and cares about almost nobody. He didn't even care for his own mother. The only one he really had any care for was his father and Emeraldshine until he felt betrayed by both of them. While he doesn't lack belief in Starclan, he despises them. His clan does not know this, though.
Important History:
Flamekit was born to the proud parents of Magnoliafall and Skystar. He was a single kit born to them. His father being the leader, he grew up wanting to be just like him - strong, powerful, and a great leader. And growing up, he often had more "special treatment" given that his father held such a high rank in the clan. He was even allowed to have his first hunting lesson when he was 5 moons old.
When Flamepaw became an apprentice, his father wanted him the have the absolute best. So he let Crowpelt, the deputy at the time, be his mentor. Flamepaw had never felt so determined. But it wasn't too long before another apprentice, Emeraldpaw, had to join him under the deputy after her former mentor had died. At first he wasn't sure how he felt, but then he was excited that he had a new friend to practice everything with.
The two had became warriors: Flamewing and Emeraldshine. And it was just moons after they became warriors that they got their first apprentices together. Emeraldshine got Cloudpaw and Flamewing got Tawnypaw. Once they became warriors, Flamewing was sure that he would be deputy soon. But time grew on and his patience was growing thin. Crowpelt was taking forever to die. So, very craftily, he lead the deputy to the thunderpath in belief that there was something suspicious. Once he was dead, he snuck back to the camp and claimed that a horrible accident had happened. He acted devastated but on the inside, he was excited to be named deputy. But another cat, Rotclaw, had become deputy. Before Flamewing could devise a plan to kill this one, too, the deputy resigned.
This was his moment, right? Wrong. Emeraldshine was granted the position. Flamewing was furious and claimed to himself that he hated the she-cat. He considered killing her, too. But he knew his father would not pick him. He had already skipped over him twice. And if he kept killing then he would eventually be figured out. He decided that he would leave it alone and continue to be close friends with Emeraldshine. Then she would have to pick him as her deputy when she became leader.
Once Emeraldshine became deputy, her and Flamewing were given their second apprentices. Hers was Darkpaw and his was Dovepaw. In a battle one day, Darkpaw had been ambushed and killed. His father had seriously been injured in battle and lost his last life. When his father died, Flamewing felt so much resentment towards him. But he was sure that the newly made Emeraldstar would appoint him deputy, but she didn't. She chose another cat. Dovepaw also became a warrior during this time.
Flamewing was even more furious at Emeraldstar, but decided he would keep his patience and one day get total revenge.
